Packaging & Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and under most circumstances, shipped without signature confirmation. If you prefer delivery requiring signature confirmation, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but every precaution is taken to protect your fragile objects.

Boxes are sized accordingly and your items are always well-protected.

Returns

We do ask to please make sure all the appropriate information is correct regarding your order so that any risk of return is drastically lowered. We do offer returns or exhanges on any items in stock within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item arrives in the same condition as it was sent.
